Please note the combined monthly gross income of the applicant(s) must exceed three (3) times the rent of the selected unit. Please use this as a guide for deciding if you require a co-applicant before proceeding with the application process.

For the Application Fee, you will be directed to a credit card processing site at the end of the online application process. If you do not wish to pay online you can pay the fee at the Rental Office located in the Max Gurwicz Enterprises building located at 331 Tilton Road, Northfield, New Jersey 08225.
Please note that Rental Applications will not be processed until Cresson Hill receives all documents and the application fee has been paid. Cresson Hill will not contact potential residents who only submit partially complete applications. It is the applicant’s responsibility to make sure that the submitted applications are complete and all fees are paid.
As further information, please also note that a lease will be prepared after an application is approved. At lease signing, new tenants will be required to A) acknowledge all the rules, policies and procedures: B) provide the Landlord with a copy of the Tenant’s Renter’s Insurance and C) pay the Landlord with cash, money order, bank check or any other guaranteed funds for the following:
